Five days to four years- has this now dragged,

Eventually a circle coming around,

Has finally uplifted the morale sagged,

with the noose around Kasab’s neck wound

Justice delayed or justice denied?

Perhaps justice prevailed may be a text better rhymed?

For many- it could be a chapter left behind,

Exasperated when for ever Kasab was being tried;

The dance of democracy has triumphed today;

The beast had ample time to whatever: say;

The leash of justice could have more apt and swift,

Instead of a politically timed popularity gift,

Is it time to be belligerent to a fault?

Instead of a lame tame?

UPA has now had it’s moment of fame,

When will it shuroo?

Not another should attempt a terror bravado;

Such should be examples set;

A mere thought of such foolhardy act;

Should make India’s enemies : shudder and fret!!!
